[S] Movie Survivor All-stars Cast Reveal and Assessment
2020.03.29 22:03 Personal_Animal[S] Movie Survivor All-stars Cast Reveal and Assessment
Cast
Fierce Flames Tribe
Beatrix Kiddo(Kill Bill- S4, 1st): On her orginal season, Beatrix proved herself to be a strong and adaptable player. She had a strong central alliance early on in the game. After deciding to play solo, she decided to work with whoever she needed to, to get ahead. Beatrix isn't planning to change up her game this time and knows she can adapt if she needs to
John Anderton(Minority Report- S3, 4th): John was someone I liked on his season. I feel like he was a really was a smart and strategic person, but he just never had the numbers to make the moves he wanted. He lost his alliance in pre-merge, so he had to work with his orginal tribemates in the merge stage. Later on he tried to send home Nani who was the glue in the strong female alliance, but he failed and was voted out. This time he hopes he can be more lucky
Rafe McCawley(Pearl Harbor- S3, 7th): Rafe had a strong alliance during the pre-merge stages of the game, but due to the tribe swap he lost both of his allies. Rafe did become the other alliance's greatest adversary as his comp wins made him their biggest target. When it was down to him and Elle, they turned on each other. Ultimately they kept Elle over him. Rafe is hoping to have a strong alliance this time for him to rely on
Tess Ocean(Ocean's Film Franchise- S5, 5th): Tess was a great player on Thailand. First making sure to be apart of a big alliance on her orginal tribe. Then she made her biggest move deciding to mutiny to the other tribe. It payed off come the merge. Although the group finally cut her off at the final 5. Coming back Tess hopes she can play things more safe and take big risks only when needed
Tyler Durden(Fight Club- S1, 1st): Tyler is definitely one of my favorite players. Tyler's Survivor journey is awesome cause he manages to play both the underdog and villain of his season at the same time. His tribe was completely decimated in the pre-merge stage, which his alliance was in complete control of who went home. He was completely out numbered in the merge by the other tribe, but taking advantage of the mistrust between alliances of the other tribe, he was able to play both sides against each other. Tyler knows their is a big target on his back, so he is hoping he can lay low enough that just maybe he can once again fight his way to the end
The White Witch 'Janis'(The Chronicles of Narnia- S7, 3rd): Janis is known for sly and cutthroat game on Pearl Islands. Janis had a strong alliance, which they ultimately dominated the game. Janis had the most control in the merge stage of the game, where she made sure whoever she wanted went home. She was very cruel and conscending to some of her other castmates, which lead to karma to strike her in the final 3. Janis wants to come back to prove she deserved the win the first time
Sneaky Skunks Tribe
Alex Browning(Final Destination Franchise - S1, 6th): Alex started his game on the powerful 2000's tribe. Although the tribe only visited one tribal council in the pre-merge, it did cause one of Alex's allies to go home. Going into the merge his tribe had the numbers, but his mistrust of Ethan's alliance caused him and Chel to flip. Alex tried his best to navigate the game and take out Ethan's numbers, but he kind of messed up with his big fight with Peter, which ultimately caused Peter to flip during the tie breaker. Alex is hoping he can find a more stable alliance this time so the same chaotic tribals don't ensue
Alex the Lion(Madagascar Franchise- S6, 5th): Another Alex! Okay so Alex honestly is a really good player and could of won the Amazon had he made it to the end. Which is exactly why he was voted out, cause he was such a good player and could have won had he made it to the end. In the merge, Alex won 3 individual immunities and worked with Batman for the most part. He was blindsided in the final 5, which the girls set it up perfectly so he would go home
Danny Ocean(Ocean's Film Franchise- S2, 5th): Danny on his season was like a more calm Tyler. Early on, his alliance and the other alliance of the team battled for control of the tribe. His team was also decimated, and come merge he was forced to work with Shrek who was his only orginal tribamate left. Although Danny was able to get the Torrance, Billy, and Greg trio to work with him for some time. He then later on tried working with Yzma to break up the trio, but ultimately failed. This time Danny hopes the numbers fall into his favor
Piper(Robots- S6, 1st): I had a hard time deciding if I should add Piper are not, but ultimately decided to let her play again. I do think she did good the first time with her physical game and proved she is a good ally to have. Even though she was low on the numbers in the merge, her and Lola played the boys. Ultimately they gave Piper the win for her strong physical play and I guess she was less responsible for making people feel backstabbed than the femme fatale runner-up
Serleena(Men in Black- S3, 1st): Serleena, the series first female villainess. On her season Serleena was in a powerful alliance that controlled her tribe. During the merge, she was a comp beast and was cutthroat during voting. She is known for her confrontational attitude, mainly her rivalry with Velma, who was an ally turned rival. Although despite her dislike of Velma, she took her to the end and won against her. Serleena wants to come back to show the aggressive alien queen still is a force to reckoned with
Velma Dinkley(Scooby-Doo Live Action Movie- S3, 2nd): Velma is known for her smart, caculated, and under-the-radar game in Season 3. Throughout the game Velma remained loyal to her powerful alliance, which allowed her to make moves without being noticed. Despite this, most of the jury didn't appreciate her under-the-radar style of play, and gave the win to the more aggressive Serleena. Velma knows this time it's go big or go home, so she might as well go big
Powerful Panthers
Billy Elliot(Billy Elliot- S2, 2nd): Billy was another person I was hesitant about, but I think he does deserve to play again. His tribe only went to 1 tribal during pre-merge. In the merge, his alliance was in control of basically all the votes. Billy actually managed to get no voted throughout the season. Although sitting at the final tribal, the jury gave Torrance more credit since she was in control of the alliance. Billy is hoping he can make a name for himself and adapt to a stronger style of play
Bruce Wayne/Batman(Batman Movies- S6, 4th): Batman is known for his great strategic ability on his season and his ability to play without placing a target on himself. On his season, he didn't join any alliances early on, so he could play solo and leave his options open. This helped him since he was able to work with whoever was beneficial for him, and he blindsided those who didn't help him. Although he was ultimately tricked and blinsided by the female duo in the final 4. This time Batman knows in a game like this you can't play completely solo.
Ethan Hunt(Mission Impossible Franchise- S1, 4th): On his first season, Ethan tried to organize a powerful trio, that he knew he could work with. Ethan is known for being very cunning on his season as he was also targeted by the opposing alliance on his tribe, but he always got the numbers on his side. Ethan is also fairly good at competitions, winning 3 overall. His alliance remaimed strong throughout the merge, until Cindy and Aladar both respectively made mistakes at the final 5 and final 7 that cost them the game. Losing his allies lead to Ethan's elimination at the final 4. This time, Ethan is hoping to find a group that he knows he can work with until the end
Lola(Shark Tale- S6, 2nd): Lola is known mainly for her manipulative and flirtatious gameplay in the Amazon. Being low in numbers at the merge, Lola was able to play both sides of boys when a division was made. This got her and Piper all the way to the final 2. Although I assume she didn't win because some of the boys felt stung by her just playing them. This time Lola hopes she can use her charm once again to not only get farther, but to win
Sydney Burnett(Bad Boys- S4, 3rd): Syd is known for being a very strong physical competitor. Early on in the season, she was apart of the majority on her tribe. She got closer to her ally Trinity during the tribe switch and it also allowed her to connect with the other tribe. Come the merge, Trinity and Sydney became a strong duo and stayed in the middle of both groups. This allowed them to have some say in who went home. Sydney did ultimately get voted out at the final 3. This time, Sydney is hoping she can go the distance and not settle for 3rd
Torrance Shipman(Bring it On!- S2, 1st): Torrance came into the game on her first season being a member of a trio alliance. Her tribe only visited Tribal Council once, so her tribe had the numbers coming into the merge. Although, Torrance and her alliance decided to turn on her tribe mates. The alliance managed to do it and then they voted off everyone else. In the end, Torrance had won over the jury, since she was more of the leader in the alliance. Torrance knows she is a slightly underestimated winner, so she is hoping she can come in and prove herself
Relationship Updates As you know, relationships always play a factor on All-star like seasons, so lets see how it will affect this one:
-Lola and Alex the Lion started dating after they both were on season 6
-Torrance ans Billy are best friends outside of the game after playing together in season 2
Alex B and Ethan aren't fond of each other, but are both friends with Ethan
-Serleena had posted mean tweets about Velma following their season
-Since Tess and Danny are from the same universe, they already have their own history
Questions
-Who do you think can win?
-Who are you excited about?
-Who did you want to see?
-Which previous season was your favorite?

Q4 24:44 | Western Bulldogs have managed seven fewer forward 50 entries in the second half in comparison to the first, but their efficiency has improved. The Bulldogs have kicked 4.0 (24) from within 40 metres in the second half, after 1.5 (11) in the first half from that distance. |
Q4 18:49 | Within their respective forward halves, Western Bulldogs recorded 24 more uncontested possessions than West Coast before the main break. Since that point, the Eagles have won 25 more forward half uncontested possessions than the Bulldogs. |
Q4 15:38 | Jack Darling has matched his career-high of six goals, following his sixth mark inside forward 50 (four have been contested). |
Q4 09:13 | Jack Darling now has five majors, matching his best return against the Bulldogs and one behind his career high of six (against Richmond in 2018). |
Q4 01:49 | Andrew Gaff's kick inside 50 and assist has set up Liam Ryan's second major. The West Coast midfielder has won six clearances and six intercepts on his way to a game-high 31 disposals, including six forward 50 entries and seven score involvements. |
Q4 00:11 | The Eagles' third term also marked their highest score and highest against Western Bulldogs in a third quarter since 1991. |
Q4 00:00 | Q4 is now underway. |
Q3 35:53 | A powerful statement from the reigning premiers as they record the highest-scoring third quarter (56 points) by any team for the season. West Coast's kicking was a highlight, with 79 kicks at 82 per cent and more than double (9.4) the disposals per turnover rate than the Bulldogs (4.5). |
Q3 35:53 | The siren has sounded to end Q3. |
Q3 31:51 | Three goals in four minutes for Jake Waterman, which matches his career-high of three from back in 2018 against Greater Western Sydney. Prior to this match he had been goal-less in his past seven matches at AFL level. |
Q3 30:13 | Back-to-back goals to Jake Waterman with the second yet another launched from the centre bounce. The Eagles have won eight more centre clearances than the Bulldogs, and have launched goals from four of their past 11 centre clearances. |
Q3 26:27 | Eagles Interchange - Shannon Hurn and is possibly out for the game. |
Q3 25:11 | The Bulldogs have hit back twice in time on, capitalising on two of three West Coast turnovers within a couple of minutes. The Bulldogs have managed just four forward 50 entries for the term but efficiently have converted three into goals. |
Q3 19:30 | Six goals in under 19 minutes for the Eagles as their ability to win and retain the ball continues to shine. West Coast has won eight more ground balls than the Bulldogs, and it has spent 34 per cent more of the quarter in possession than its opposition. |
Q3 17:00 | West Coast continues on with exemplary ball movement this term. The Eagles have averaged 16.8 disposals per turnover for the quarter, a rate over four times better than that of the Bulldogs (4.1). Shannon Hurn leads the way with five effective kicks for the Eagles this term. |
Q3 13:25 | West Coast's kicking this quarter has been close to flawless. The Eagles have recorded 37 kicks with all but two effective (95 per cent efficiency). Western Bulldogs have recorded 14 kicks at just 64 per cent efficiency this term. |
Q3 10:25 | Jack Darling has been targeted ten times inside forward 50, for four marks (three of which were contested). The Eagles have now launched 25 points from 22 midfield intercepts, while the Bulldogs have launched 21 points from 19 intercepts in the midfield. |
Q3 06:48 | With his game-high fifth intercept possession, Caleb Daniel has launched the Bulldogs' fourth goal from possession chains originating with intercepts. Daniel has recorded 20 disposals, including 13 kicks at 85 per cent efficiency. |
Q3 03:55 | It's the Kennedy and Darling show as the two key posts both register their respective third goals this term. From within 40 metres the Eagles have kicked 7.1 (43) while the Bulldogs have managed just 1.5 (11). |
Q3 01:35 | Another goal launched from a centre clearance to begin the second half for West Coast. The Eagles have won four of the past six centre clearances, with three resulting in goals. West Coast only averages 8.1 points per game launched from centre bounces this year. |
Q3 00:00 | Q3 is now underway. |
Q2 29:35 | West Coast is doing the damage where it counts, leveraging its ascendancy at the centre bounce to edge away at the main break. The Eagles have won four more centre clearances than the Bulldogs and launched 2.1 (13) from that source in that quarter. |
Q2 29:35 | The siren has sounded to end Q2. |
Q2 26:09 | The Bulldogs will be ruing some simpler chances at goal, while they have capitalised on some tougher shots. From inside 40 metres the Bulldogs have kicked 1.5 from seven shots, while outside that mark they have kicked 3.3 from seven attempts. |
Q2 24:17 | In the past ten minutes the Eagles have been far cleaner with ball in hand, with 81 per cent kicking efficiency in comparison to the Bulldogs' rate of just 46 per cent. West Coast has kicked four goals from its past four forward 50 entries, with three launched from clearances. |
Q2 23:45 | A missed shot from close range by first-gamer Ryan Gardner looks costly now as West Coast launches just its seventh goal for the season from kick-ins. |
Q2 17:30 | Back-to-back goals for West Coast as it wins its sixth centre bounce clearance through Dom Sheed, four more than Bulldogs have recorded. This season the Eagles have won an average 2.2 fewer centre clearances than its opposition (ranked 17th). |
Q2 15:45 | Most of this quarter (70 per cent) has been played in West Coast's forward half, as they have won both centre clearances and eight midfield intercepts to the Bulldogs' three. Jack Darling now has 19.6 across his past eight games against the Bulldogs. |
Q2 08:05 | Aaron Naughton has marked strongly inside 50 and converted truly. Across the past four weeks, Western Bulldogs have averaged 15.3 marks inside forward 50 per game, leading the league in that metric. |
Q2 01:52 | Western Bulldogs recorded 71 handballs in the first quarter, the second-highest tally by any team in a term this season. The Bulldogs average 42 handballs in first quarters this year (ranked seventh in the league). |
Q2 00:00 | Q2 is now underway. |
Q1 28:52 | A tight contest in play and on the scoreboard with scores level at quarter time. The Bulldogs were stronger in the middle with five fewer turnovers helping to generate three more forward 50 entries, however the Eagles retained 25 per cent extra of their kicks inside 50 than their opposition. |
Q1 28:52 | The siren has sounded to end Q1. |
Q1 23:49 | The Bulldogs have seven behinds on the board, with five from shots and two rushed. They will be disappointed with four behinds and a miss from five shots in general play. |
Q1 22:48 | A beautiful long kick to advantage by Sheed has set up Darling for the Eagles' third goal, reflecting their style with a kick-handball ratio of 1.47 in comparison to the Bulldogs' rate of 0.79. This season West Coast has the highest average kick-handball rate (1.84) in the league. |
Q1 15:30 | West Coast Josh Kennedy has opened his account with a textbook mark and set shot finish. The Eagles spearhead has now kicked 51 career goals against the Bulldogs, his highest tally against any league side. |
Q1 12:15 | The Bulldogs have fought hard in the past six minutes, owning 88 per cent of the time in forward half and generating five successive forward 50 entries, resulting in four behinds then a major. Five of West Coast's last 18 disposals have been turnovers. |
Q1 03:40 | The Eagles are off to a strong start with the first four forward 50 entries of the match, set up by three midfield intercepts. West Coast has an eight-two kick-to-handball split, while Western Bulldogs have opted for 12 handballs and just four kicks. |
Q1 00:00 | West Coast has a favourable record over Western Bulldogs since 1987, with 35 wins and a draw from 54 encounters. The Eagles have also won their past four matches against today's visitors by an average of 30 points. |
Q1 00:00 | Q1 is now underway. |
Pre Match | The Eagles have won four straight games after starting the season with three wins from their first six matches. Across the past month West Coast has improved its score rate once inside 50 to 47.7 per cent (ranked third), up from 39.6 per cent (ranked 15th) to Round 6. |
Pre Match | This season Western Bulldogs have been high performance at the stoppages, even though they concede an average extra 27 hitouts per game (ranked 18th). The Bulldogs compensate with the second-best clearance differential ( 5.4 per game) in the league. |

AFL TRADE PERIOD: DAY FIVE
Last updated: 11 October 2013- It may take some time yet before Essendon forward Stewart Crameri finds his way to the Western Bulldogs. Crameri's manager Paul Connors admitted on Friday that the 25-year-old was all but certain to leave the Bombers. It's believed Essendon are striving to get more than the Bulldogs' No.22 draft pick in exchange for the reliable goalkicker.
- Seemingly not content with those high picks, the Saints have admitted they want the No.1 pick overall. 'We have approached GWS on pick one, but they are reluctant to trade this selection.'
- Dal Santo's manager Tom Petroro on Friday had no choice but to answer questions about the silky-smooth runner on Friday. He says a decision on the player’s future could be some days away.
- North Melbourne fullback Scott Thompson has been rewarded for the best season of a burgeoning AFL career with a contract extension running until the end of 2017. The All-Australian fullback was already locked away for 2014. He joins Ben Cunnington and Aaron Black who also agreed to extensions until 2017 and forward Lindsay Thomas, who penned a new deal until 2016.
- Bernie Vince has met with Melbourne as the club continues to explore options to bolster its midfield. The talented 28-year-old Adelaide midfielder has been a constant subject of trade discussions, even after winning the Crows best and fairest in 2009.
- Xavier Ellis did a medical for Fremantle today, with the Dockers one of the clubs considering him.
AFL TRADE PERIOD: DAY FOUR
Date: 10 October 2013- Newly retired Hawthorn premiership ruckman Max Bailey has joined the Richmond football department.
- Melbourne is denying that it has agreed to part ways with ruckman Mark Jamar.
- St Kilda is the focus of the action today, with the gasp-inducing move of Ben McEvoy to Hawthorn. List manager Ameet Bains discussed the McEvoy trade, but then went on to give fans hope that favourite sons Nick Dal Santo and Leigh Montagna will remain. On Dal Santo, Bains said: 'Ultimately, the club has put a position to North, if we can't get in what we feel is an adequate swap, we won't do the deal. There's a very big chance he'll still be at St Kilda, no doubt.'
- Hawthorn has grabbed hold of highly promising St Kilda ruckman Ben McEvoy as a ready-made replacement for just-retired ruckman Max Bailey, with Shane Savage heading to the Saints, as well as Hawthorn's first round draft pick at number 17.
- As a consequence of this deal, Lions ruck prospect Billy Longer, previously considered by Hawthorn, will now be more likely to remain in Brisbane.
- Gold Coast Suns List manager Scott Clayton says his club's 'planned, methodical' approach in previous years means it will not be a big player in the 2013 trade period.
- Hawks list guru Graham Wright has denied that dual premiership hero Brad Sewell is on the market.
- Leigh Tudor has joined North Melbourne as a senior assistant coach, after missing out on the interim coaching role at Essendon.
- The Herald Sun are saying Mark Thompson will be named interim Essendon coach tomorrow, with Neil Craig as senior assistant. [5]
- Fitzroy will be rejoining the AFL in 2014 (Source). The Fremantle Dockers will forever be known as the only side to be beaten by Fitzroy in their last season.
- Speculation is flowing that six-year Bulldog Jarrad Grant, who finally began to deliver on his promise in the final eight games of 2013, is weighing up a possible move after being offered an incentive-based contract.
- SEN is also discussing the future of robust Demons ruckman Mark Jamar, with speculation that Melbourne will allow him to leave, entrusting their ruck division to Jack Fitzpatrick, Max Gawn and Jake Spencer.
AFL TRADE PERIOD: DAY THREE
Date: 9 October 2013- Essendon assistant coach, Dean Wallis, the latest to be sacked.
- Dale Thomas is now officially a Carlton player, as Collingwood has not matched the offer made to the premiership midfielder by the Blues.
- Geelong veteran Joel Corey has retired, making it four high-profile Cats to have departed
- Despite some reports to the contrary, SEN reports that North Melbourne is NOT offering pick 26 as part of a deal for St Kilda midfield star Nick Dal Santo.
- Adelaide list manager David Noble has confirmed his club is interested in delisted Geelong key forward James Podsiadly as it seeks to 're-establish the firepower' in its forward line. He mentioned Essendon tall Scott Gumbleton as another possible target, but emphasised the club's priority remained securing disaffected young Lion midfielder Jared Polec. Noble told SEN radio that former Crows best and fairest winner Bernie Vince was not 'on the table' and is contracted, and said utility Ricky Henderson was a required player.
- Carlton football manager Andrew McKay has confirmed his club's interest in former Cat Paul Chapman, saying the Blues would be mad not to consider the three-time premiership veteran. 'He's someone we'll consider definitely,' McKay said. Carlton has spoken to Hawk fringe midfielder Shane Savage, but salary cap issues and the desire to have four national draft picks may constrain a deal. McKay said James Podsiadly 'may suit us' in the short term, but negotiations to nab the marking target are in the very early stages. The story is the same with Lions backman Sam Docherty, who is not a free agent, so a deal would have to be done with Brisbane. However, in Carlton's favour is that Docherty is keen to join the Blues. McKay said Carlton would 'want something pretty good' to let go of young talents Josh Bootsma, Levi Casboult or Kane Lucas.
- Highly regarded GWS midfielder Taylor Adams remains a key figure in the trade period, with Collingwood supposedly leading the chasing pack.
- Docker fringe player Josh Mellington, a small forward, is reportedly being assisted by the Dockers to get a trade back to Melbourne. Teammate Viv Michie may also attract attention.
- MUCH speculation has surrounded Hawthorn veteran Brad Sewell but the dual premiership player is contracted next year and not looking to move.
- A temporary Essendon coach would be named this afternoon, but Thursday seems a better bet.
AFL TRADE PERIOD: DAY TWO
Date: 8 October 2013- Lance Franklin will be a Swans player by the end of the week after the AFL officially approved Sydney's extraordinary offer after a week-long investigation into the bona fides and the ramifications of the deal. Hawthorn now has three days to consider the Swans' nine year $10 million offer and whether they will match it.
- Greater Western Sydney has slammed a report that it has offered Heath Shaw a $4 million deal as a 'wild exaggeration' and 'simply wrong'. News Limited reported that the Giants, desperate to land experienced players, had made a bold play for the disgruntled Magpie by offering him a contract 'believed to be around $800,000 a season for five years'.
- North Melbourne has moved to lock away two key players, with the AFL's best goal-kicking small forward and one of the league's top clearance midfielders both re-signing on long-term contracts. Goalsneak Lindsay Thomas has agreed to remain at the club for the next three seasons, while emerging on-baller Ben Cunnington has inked a new four-year deal that will tie him to the Roos until 2017.
- Fremantle is still deciding whether to advance its interest in Hawthorn free agent Xavier Ellis, the club's football manager Chris Bond confirmed to afl.com.au. Speaking on Trade Radio on Tuesday, Bond said the Dockers had spoken to the management of the uncontracted 25-year-old.
- The Dockers are busy this trade period as they make inquiries with the Brisbane Lions about talented utility Elliot Yeo. afl.com.au reports Fremantle has joined West Coast in the race for the young West Australian. The Eagles remain the frontrunners to secure Yeo, who has been offered a three-year deal to join the club. The Dockers, however, appear poised to make an offer should negotiations between West Coast and the Lions break down.
